Please fill in the form to request drop shipment for shipments weighing less than 20 lbs being delivered to the metropolitan areas listed below. For all other shipment requests please contact accelerate@cardinalhealth.ca to inquire about service availability and estimated additional rates.
*Standard $7.99 drop shipment fee applies to standard shipment less than 20 lbs within metropolitan regions. (examples listed on the table below) Additional rates apply for express shipment, shipments over 20lbs or shipment destinations outside of the metropolitan areas.
