Rob Eisa serves as the Vice-President of Operations & Supply Chain for Cardinal Health Canada. A seasoned leader and change maker, Rob has more than 15 years of operations and supply chain leadership. Throughout his career, Rob has delivered results by focusing on employee engagement and operational efficiency. He believes that a strong, engaged workforce—built on open communication—is the foundation for operational excellence.
Rob joined Cardinal Health in 2020, as Director, Operations, where he successfully led Cardinal Health Canada’s largest distribution center and national replenishment center, while making significant strides in workplace culture to drive employee engagement. Prior to joining Cardinal Health, Rob worked at GlaxoSmithKline where he gained extensive leadership experience and expertise in manufacturing, packaging operations, and supply chain management.
Rob is a graduate of the Michael G. DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and is green belt certified in Lean Six Sigma.
Rob resides in the Toronto area with his wife and their two daughters. His passions are sports and spending time with his loved ones; he plays hockey, golf and enjoys skiing with his daughters in the winter months.
