He has over 25 years of Canadian healthcare leadership experience, and possesses deep expertise in driving profitable growth, implementing transformative commercial strategies, and building inspired, high-performing national teams across diverse healthcare domains.
In his executive career, Roger has overseen acute care, alternative & specialty medical products organizations, and is highly knowledgeable in pricing strategy, market expansion, acquisition integration, and value-based selling. He has also successfully led large-scale go-to-market transformations, navigated complex ownership transitions, and collaborated extensively with GPOs, SSOs, and government buyers nationwide.
An active contributor to industry organizations such as Medtech, Roger is passionate about advancing healthcare through strategic alignment, operational excellence, and empowered sales organizations.
