As Director of the Transformation Management Office, Diana Franciosa is responsible for translating strategic vision into actionable execution and leading complex, organization-wide transformation initiatives. She oversees a high-performing team that partners with stakeholders across the organization to drive critical change programs, strengthen project delivery capabilities, and deliver value at-scale.
Diana has more than 20 years of progressive leadership experience in project management, continuous improvement, and operations within global organizations including Unilever, Kraft Foods, PepsiCo, and GSK. She brings deep expertise in managing complex transformations, advancing delivery maturity, and executing strategic roadmaps with a focus on impact, efficiency, and sustainability.
Diana holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Certified Health Executive (CHE) through the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
