Megan Gibson serves as the Head of Human Resources where she is responsible for leading a team of HR professionals who support our business objectives, drive our culture, and build a positive employee experience. She shapes and executes talent and people strategies, policies, and programs that support the overall business strategy. Megan leads with a diversity and inclusion mindset and believes that building teams with diversity of people, talent, thoughts, and experiences are essential to delivering business results.
Megan joined Cardinal Health Canada in 2013, and has 14 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. She is a certified HR professional, bilingual in English and French, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from McGill University and a Masters’ of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from HEC Montréal.
