Isabelle ML Girard is Director of Legal Affairs at Cardinal Health Canada. She provides legal and compliance support to all commercial, distribution and manufacturing operations nationwide. Isabelle is a seasoned legal executive with international experience in healthcare law, compliance, and leadership in legal operations.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health Canada, she held senior leadership roles with companies such as McKesson Canada, 3M, and Pfizer, where she managed legal teams across Canada and Latin America. Over the course of her career, Isabelle has advised on high-impact transactions, including the integration of new businesses, and corporate compliance programs.
A trilingual professional fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Isabelle holds bachelors in common law (LL.B.) and civil law (LL.L.) from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Ottawa, and a science degree (physiology) from McGill University.
