Ryan Ali was appointed Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis for Cardinal Health Canada in May 2026.
In his role at Cardinal Health Canada, he oversees financial planning and analysis, reporting, accounts payable, tax and treasury, and serves as a member of the Canada Leadership Team.
Ryan has over 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare, and is a strategic leader known for an accountable and transparent style. He brings clarity to complex situations, drives performance through strong business partnership, and builds high-performing, disciplined teams focused on growth and creating value.
Prior to joining Cardinal Health, he spent the majority of his career at Johnson & Johnson in roles of increasing responsibility across the pharmaceutical and consumer health segments. Most recently he was Head of Sales Finance. Ryan began his career at Ernst & Young in both Audit and Tax.
He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
